随着我国经济迅速发展,工程建设在国家经济建设中的比重变大。提高工程建设的投资效益和社会效益会显得重要。监理工程师在监理过程中,应依据工程质量的特点,做到主动控制。本文通过结合实际工程项目监理经验埘如何做好施工监理工作,控制好工程质量等问题进行了阐述,最后提出了一些自己的看法,以供广大工程监理同行借鉴,共同进步。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the proportion of engineering construction in the country’s economic construction has increased. It will be important to improve the investment and social benefits of the project. Supervision engineers in the supervision process, should be based on the characteristics of project quality, so that the initiative to control. This article elaborates on how to do a good job in construction supervision and control of project quality by combining experience of supervision of actual project, and finally puts forward some own opinions for reference of the majority of project supervision peers for common progress.
