The process of the formation and development of the Second World War has the most direct and necessary connection with the rise and demise of fascism. The rise of fascism made Roosevelt’s New Deal a seemingly purely domestic adjustment and reform that could and could not be free from the impact of international affairs and the international situation and its development. After the United States fully entered into the war, the domestic political situation began to be completely subordinated to the needs of the foreign anti-Fascist war. After the war, fascists suffered a complete defeat and demise. As a result, major changes have taken place in the international situation and the strength of the United States has greatly expanded. This has strengthened the position of U.S. diplomacy in the domestic political overall framework.
