采用KBH4液相还原法制备了具有面心立方结构,粒径约为40nm的纳米铜颗粒。利用环块摩擦磨损试验机考察了其作为添加剂在不同润滑油中的摩擦学性能,利用SEM、EDS等对摩擦表面进行了形貌、成分分析,探讨了纳米铜颗粒作为添加剂的作用机理。
KBH4 liquid phase reduction method was used to prepare a face-centered cubic structure, a particle size of about 40nm nano copper particles. The tribological properties of the tribological additives as additives in different lubricants were investigated by ring-block friction and wear tester. The morphology and composition of the friction surfaces were analyzed by SEM and EDS, and the mechanism of action of nano-copper particles as additives was also discussed.
