目的观察慢性肾炎口服方联合西药治疗肾病综合症脾肾两虚证临床疗效。方法将80例肾病综合症脾肾两虚证患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规西医药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用慢性肾炎口服方治疗;比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后中医症候积分、肾脏功能及血脂指标水平。结果治疗组临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后中医证候积分显著优于对照组、治疗前(均P<0.05);治疗组治疗后肾脏功能和血脂指标水平显著优于对照组、治疗前(均P<0.05)。结论慢性肾炎口服方联合西药治疗肾病综合症脾肾两虚证可有效缓解水肿症状,提高肾脏功能,并有助于降低血脂水平。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of chronic nephritis oral administration combined with Western medicine in treating nephrotic syndrome with deficiency of spleen and kidney syndrome. Methods 80 cases of nephrotic syndrome patients with spleen and kidney deficiency were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The treatment group was treated with chronic nephritis oral treatment on the basis of the control group. The clinical curative effect and treatment of the two groups were compared TCM symptom score, kidney function and blood lipid level before and after treatment. Results The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group before treatment (all P <0.05). The levels of renal function and blood lipid in the treatment group were significantly Better than the control group, before treatment (all P <0.05). Conclusion Chronic Nephritis oral prescription combined with Western medicine in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome and spleen deficiency syndrome can effectively alleviate the symptoms of edema, improve renal function and help to reduce blood lipid levels.
