结合我国政府经济发展宏观规划的基本思路和纲要,2015年是我国基础经济建设与发展的关键一年。对于城市发展来讲,公路建设是基础支撑,是城市建设工作不可缺少的组成部分。由于市政公路工程建设周期较长,耗费成本较大,因此需要进行全面的造价控制工作,尤其要重视对公路工程造价管理中出现的工程质量与工程造价、整体性造价管理思维等问题和现象。本文将从工程造价管理工作的基本内涵及其特征以及具体的强化措施等方面进行分析和探索。
Combined with the basic ideas and outline of the macro-planning for the government’s economic development in our country, 2015 is a crucial year for China’s basic economic construction and development. For urban development, highway construction is the basic support and an indispensable part of urban construction. As the construction period of municipal road projects is longer and the cost is more expensive, it needs to carry out comprehensive cost control work, especially pay attention to the problems and phenomena such as project quality and project cost, integrated cost management thinking and so on appearing in highway project cost management. This article will analyze and explore from the basic connotation of the project cost management and its characteristics as well as specific measures to strengthen and so on.
