沥青混凝土面层由于其具有使用寿命长、耐久性好的特点而被认为是适合现代高等级公路的一种优质高级柔性面层。较小的裂缝,较轻的车辙,良好的平整度,较强的抗滑能力及经久耐用,是高等级公路对沥青面层的基本要求。能否达到这些使用要求,则与面层所使用的沥青材料、沥青混合料的类型和性质以及沥青面层的厚度有较大的关系。为此,以下针对公路沥青面层的结构类型及其各自的特点进行了分析,在实际工程中应根据当地的交通状况、气候条件、降雨量、材料情况、施工工艺、经济造价等因素选择合适的沥青面层类型及具体的施工技术。
Asphalt pavements are considered to be a premium, high quality, flexible finish for modern high-grade highways because of their long service life and durability.
