According to “Japan Economic Journal” reported: Japan’s United Photoelectric Laboratory is currently available for the photoelectric switch an important raw material InP. The price is 1/10 of the previous price. This single crystal is obtained from indium and phosphorus directly by liquid phosphorus plating with indium-phosphorus melt.
