财务管理工作是广电行业开展一切工作的基础,广告收入是广电行业财务收入的重要组成部分,为了保证广电行业各项工作能够高速、有效的运行,保障广告的高收入,就要制定出一套行之有效、可操作性强的财务管理体系。目前我国广电行业在广告收入财务管理上仍然存在一定的问题,严重地制约着广电行业的发展。本文从广电行业广告收入财务管理的现状入手,探讨应如何加强广电行业广告收入财务资金管理的手段和措施,从而促进广电行业的财务管理向着更为健康稳定的方向发展。
