本文对47例伤寒病进行了分析,讨论了该组病例误诊的原因。指出近年来伤寒的临床表现在不断地向非典型方向演变,因此在北方不明热的诊断中应提高对本病的警惕。 In this paper, 47 cases of typhoid fever were analyzed and the reasons of misdiagnosis in this group were discussed. Pointed out that the clinical manifestations of typhoid fever in recent years continue to evolve to the atypical direction, so the diagnosis of unidentified fever in the north should raise the vigilance of the disease.
