全液压制动具有维护成本低、可靠性好的优点,在中档以上轮式挖掘机上得到普遍应用。在阐述轮挖全液压制动系统组成和工作原理的基础上,详细介绍了全液压制动系统的设计计算,以及关键液压元件的选型。就实际中遇到的故障现象,分析产生故障的原因,重新进行了匹配计算和改进,效果良好。
