用荧光分光光度法测定硒化卡拉胶(硒宝康)胶囊在兔体内的生物利用度。结 果:血Se达峰时间(tmax)5.05 h,最大峰浓度(Cmax)115.29μg/L,药时曲线下面积(AUC0→24) 1648.79μg·L-1·h。结论:硒宝康胶囊的生物利用度较亚硒酸钠胶囊大,两种含硒药物间有显 著差异(P<0.05),前者维持时间也较长,是一优于亚硒酸钠胶囊的补硒制剂。
