鞍山钢铁公司有新式的闸阀式变向装置,也有旧的移动式、钟式变向阀。为了使现有旧的变向装置在变向时也能像新的变向装置一样能节省燃料、缩短熔炼时间,鞍钢炼钢厂已在一个炉子进行了试验,证明效果是很好的。目前我国平炉绝大多数还是旧的变更装置,变更时不但大量煤气由烟囱损失,且因炉膛形成负压,影响熔炼时间延长,我们认为使用移动式、钟式变向阀的各平炉车间应采用这一先进的变向操作,因此特将这篇总结发表出来供各厂学习时参考。
