Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of oral negative pressure on patients with tension-induced headache and its microcirculation mechanism. Methods: Twenty patients with tension headache were divided into treatment group and control group (10 in each group), and treated with oral negative pressure (0. 05 ± 0. 01MPa). The clinical curative effect and microcirculation of nailfolds Variety. Results: Tension headache patients relieved and disappeared to some extent after oral negative pressure treatment, the total effective rate reached 90%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01); before and after treatment of nailfold microcirculation Negative pressure was found to significantly improve the microcirculation disorder, with moderate abnormalities before treatment recovering to approximately normal, with the total score decreasing from 4.18 ± 0.68 to 1.97 ± 0.41 (P <0.01) ). Conclusion: Oral negative pressure has obvious therapeutic effect on patients with tension-induced headache. The mechanism may be related to improving microcirculation and regulating neurological disorders.
