一、对220侧上肢(成年126侧、儿童94侧)进行了腋动脉分支类型及各分支起源情况的解剖观察、记录。二、腋动脉分为5个主型及28个亚型,以五个独立分支即五主支型为多见,在220侧中发现134侧,占总数的60.90±5.92%,五主支型中根据分支的分并情况又分10个亚型,其中以胸最上动脉、胸肩峰动脉、胸外侧动脉、旋肱前动脉独自分出、肩胛下动脉与旋肱后动脉合干这一亚型为最多,有48侧、占总数的21.81±1.95%,占本型的35.82±3.27%。三、分支在腋动脉各段的出现率:胸最上动脉为97.72±4.58%,其中以直接起源于腋动脉第一段为最多,为90.0±1.3%;胸肩峰动脉为100%,其中以直起于腋动脉第二段居多、为83.18±1.23%;胸外侧动脉为95.90±4.5%,其中以直起于腋动脉第二段居多,为62.72±6.92%;肩胛下动脉有干型为90.9±1.34%、分裂型为9.09±1.34%,其中有干型直起和合干起腋动脉第三段较多,为65.9±3.11%;旋肱前动脉为99.09±1.34%,其中直起腋动脉第三段较多,为71.36±3.33%;旋肱后动脉为100%,其中直起和合干起腋动脉第三段较多,为87.72±4.11%,而与腋动脉其它分支合干起腋动脉略超过半数。四、本文见11侧肱深动脉与腋动脉的分支合干起腋动脉,为总数的5.0±0.74%,其中与旋肱后动脉合干起腋动脉为主,占11侧中之六侧。
