胡锦涛总书记在中央党校讲话时指出,要以解决人民群众最关心、最直接、最现实的利益问题为重点,使经济发展成果更多体现到改善民生上。结合学习贯彻这一重要指导思想,我就“林业工作如何坚持以人为本,更好地服务群众,改善民生”做了一些调查,在总结各地经验,充分吸取基层干部群众意见的基础上,提出在广大农村地区实施“三化一片林”绿色家园建设的设想,并就实施好这项工作进行了深入思考。
