在诊断前对细菌性脑膜炎不彻底的治疗可以导致混淆的脑脊液改变。本文试图通过对经过部分治疗和未经治疗的急性脑膜炎患儿的脑脊液检查结果分析,来提供这方面的知识。材料和方法病人来源病人来自61年1月至63年12月和68年7月至71年10月入院的急性脑膜炎患儿。
Incomplete treatment of bacterial meningitis prior to diagnosis can result in confounding cerebrospinal fluid changes. This article attempts to provide this knowledge by analyzing cerebrospinal fluid findings in children with partially treated and untreated acute meningitis. MATERIALS AND METHODS Patient sources Patients with acute meningitis were admitted to hospital from January 1991 to December 63 and July to August in 1981.
