为了使交通控制小区能保持较高的运行效率,基于宏观基本图的概念,提出了针对单个控制小区的驶入交通量反馈控制方法。该方法以交通小区通过量最大化为控制目标,具体分为两步:先根据控制小区最佳内部车辆数和最大驶出流量,利用反馈控制确定各控制周期总驶入流量;再依据等饱和度原则和通行能力约束,分配各边界进口允许驶入交通量。通过Vissim仿真,对有/无边界控制情况下小区运行情况进行了对比分析。研究表明:本控制方法可使路网保持高效的运行状态,在拥挤状态下可提高车辆驶出率近4倍,整个分析时段内车辆总延误降低49%,驶出车辆数增加147%,总行程时间减少35%;若交通小区高峰时段较长,边界控制有助于提高外围车辆驶入小区的效率,并减少小区边界处的排队长度。
In order to make the traffic control community maintain a high operating efficiency, based on the concept of macroscopic basic diagram, a traffic control feedback control method for a single control cell is proposed. The method takes traffic maximizing throughput as control target, which is divided into two steps: firstly, according to the optimal internal vehicle number and the maximum exit traffic in the control area, the total control traffic flow is determined by feedback control; Degree of principle and capacity constraints, the allocation of imports across the border to allow traffic. Through the Vissim simulation, the operation of the residential area with / without boundary control is compared and analyzed. The research shows that the control method can keep the road network in an efficient operation state, increase the vehicle exit rate by nearly 4 times in the crowded state, reduce the total vehicle delay by 49% and exit the vehicle by 147% in the whole analysis period, The travel time is reduced by 35%. If the traffic peak is long, the border control will help to improve the efficiency of the surrounding vehicles entering the residential area and reduce the queue length at the border of the residential area.
