中医认为“肾为先天之本”,肾的阴阳失调常能导致疾病。现代医学对于中医肾本质的研究,认为“肾”的功能涉及到垂体-肾上腺皮质系统等方面,与免疫系统稳定的调节作用有重要联系。临床上用补肾方药治疗肾虚病人,常能调节阴阳,改善症状而恢复其健康。此类方药对免疫功能的调节作用如何、其作用在哪些方面,值得探讨。为此,我们选用补肾阳的代表方右
