国有企业是全面建成小康社会的重要力量,是中国特色社会主义的重要支柱,是我们党执政的重要基础。中国特色社会主义事业的发展,离不开国企的发展壮大;国企的发展壮大,离不开思想政治工作的强力支持和保障。思想政治工作已成为国企的优良传统和政治优势,成为具有中国特色的现代国有企业制度的鲜明特征。越是改革开放,越是经济发展,就越要坚持这一传统、发挥这一优势。
State-owned enterprises are an important force in building an overall well-to-do society, an important pillar of socialism with Chinese characteristics and an important foundation for our party in governing. The development of socialism with Chinese characteristics can not be separated from the development and growth of state-owned enterprises. The development and growth of state-owned enterprises can not be separated from the strong support and guarantee of ideological and political work. Ideological and political work has become an excellent tradition and political advantage of state-owned enterprises and has become a distinctive feature of the modern state-owned enterprise system with Chinese characteristics. The more reform and opening up, the more economic development, the more we must uphold this tradition and give full play to this advantage.
