在木工圆盘锯加工中,当木料被推进到1 a 中 A 点时,稍不注意,就可能卡住锯片,产生锯片将木料抬起的现象。特别是加工较短的木料时,由于操作者不太好掌握,木料前端卡住后随飞旋的锯片运动,便可能发生下述两种伤人事故。一种是木料被卡部分随飞旋的锯片作圆周运动,导致整条木料在一瞬间象连杆一样运动(见图1 b、c),使木料后端快速射向操作者下腹,造成严重事故。
In the woodworking circular sawing process, when the wood is pushed to the point A in 1A, a little carelessness may jam the saw blade, which will cause the saw blade to lift the wood phenomenon. Especially when processing short wood, the following two types of injuries may occur because the operator is not very good at grasping the blade with the flying blade after the front end of the timber is stuck. One is the circular movement of the saw blade of the lumber jamming part with the swirling screw, which causes the whole lumber to move like a connecting rod in an instant (see Fig. 1 b, c), causing the rear end of the lumber to rapidly shoot towards the lower abdomen of the operator, resulting in serious ACCIDENT.
