用红外光谱指纹图法对三种维吾尔中药肉苁蓉红外光谱指纹图进行比较,初步建立肉苁蓉的标准指纹图,据此可以进行判别中药的质量,确定真伪.结果表明肉苁蓉红外光谱指纹特征明显,此法简便省时,结果准确可靠.
Infrared spectroscopic fingerprinting method was used to compare infrared fingerprint fingerprints of Cistanche tubulosa from three kinds of Uygur traditional Chinese medicine, and the standard fingerprints of Cistanche tubulosa were established initially to judge the quality of Chinese traditional medicine and determine the authenticity.The results showed that the infrared fingerprint fingerprints of Cistanche deserticola were obvious, The method is simple and time-saving, the result is accurate and reliable.
