建立了利用顶空-气相色谱法测定食品中甜蜜素的方法。甜蜜素经亚硝酸钠衍生后,对衍生物环己烯进行定性定量分析,同时对平衡温度、时间和硫酸浓度进行了实验研究和优化。该方法在0.01~0.20 mg/mL质量浓度范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.994 9,定量检出限为0.045 mg/kg,加标回收率为94.4%~109.1%,相对标准偏差为1.53%~3.68%。结果表明,该方法具有准确、回收率高、检出限低等优势,能满足食品中甜蜜素的分析要求。
A method for the determination of sodium cyclamate in food by headspace-gas chromatography was established. Sodium cyclamate derived sodium cyclamate, derivatives of cyclohexene qualitative and quantitative analysis, while the equilibrium temperature, time and concentration of sulfuric acid was experimentally studied and optimized. The method showed a linear relationship in the range of 0.01-0.20 mg / mL, with a correlation coefficient of 0.994 9, a limit of quantification of 0.045 mg / kg, a spike recovery of 94.4% -109.1% and a relative standard deviation of 1.53% ~ 3.68%. The results show that the method has the advantages of accurate, high recovery, low detection limit, and can meet the analytical requirements of sodium cyclamate in food.
