教育是艺术,作为育人的重要环节和途径的班主任工作也是艺术。如何体现这种艺术呢?根据多年的工作实践,我认为,至少应体现在以下几个方面。
Education is art, as an important part of educating people and ways to work as a class teacher is also art. How to embody this art? According to years of work practice, I think, at least should be reflected in the following aspects.
