今天在座的诸位,包括荣获梅花奖、文华奖的知名演员,有不少已经从艺多年,并取得了杰出的成就,但我相信,你们肯定不会满足于已有的成就,还要继续向前走,而不断提高自身的素养与学养正是关键所在。我从1997年开始,组织实施中国京剧晚霞工程和彩霞工程,与京剧表演艺术家打过很多交道,到2010年止,共拍摄了134位的电视专题片,他们的“谈戏说艺”给我印象很深,从中可以了解到他们的成长历程,他们如何继承、如何发展,又如何能够成为艺术大家的。戏曲演员重视自身素养与学养的提高,
