构建相适应的文化体系,将思想政治工作与企业文化有机融合,企业才能形成强大的核心竞争力。随着国有企业发展方式的转变,职工价值观多元化、薪酬分配多样化、各种矛盾复杂化,使石化企业思想政治工作面临着新的任务和新的挑战。这就需要通过构建具有石化企业特色的文化体系,将职工在长期的生产管理中培育形成并共同遵循的企业使命、价值观和行为规范,融入到思想政治工作中,促进石化企业永续发展。融合切入点企业文化与思想政治工作具有融合性,相互渗透、相互促进、相互作用;
To build an appropriate cultural system and integrate the ideological and political work with the corporate culture can enterprises form a strong core competitiveness. With the transformation of the mode of development of state-owned enterprises, diversification of employees’ values, diversification of salary distribution and complication of various contradictions, the ideological and political work of petrochemical enterprises is confronted with new tasks and new challenges.
