随着知识经济时代的到来,重新认识和探讨目标管理在现代企业管理中的地位对企业的长远发展具有重大意义。本人简述了目标管理的概念,对目标管理的实施过程进行了系统分析,分为三个方面论述了目标管理在现代企业管理中的地位,肯定了目标管理在现代企业管理中的重要作用,如促进决策的科学化、激发企业员工的工作积极性,协调上下级在关系,见解管理方式的新突破,客观评价了市场经济下目标管理的发展和改进方向。希望这项管理方式在体现新特点的同时继续为企业在竞争中取得优势地位做出贡献。
With the advent of the era of knowledge-based economy, it is of great significance to re-understand and explore the position of target management in the modern enterprise management for the long-term development of enterprises. I briefly described the concept of target management, and systematically analyzed the implementation process of target management.
