By 2020 the number of college graduates to break through 8.74 million, employment of college graduates is worsening. In this case, the state in urgent need of a large number of professionals for innovative thinking and entrepreneurial ideas are self-em?ployed, not only can effectively alleviate the problem of employment of college graduates themselves, but also to the community to provide jobs and ease the employment pressure. English teacher Local Universities need for reform in the classroom teaching innova?tion and entrepreneurship education reform, to take effective measures to strengthen the training of students, improve students' Eng?lish proficiency, and enhance practical English proficiency, in order to better promote student employment and entrepreneurship, based on this, this paper analyzes the English Universities of Education in educational innovation and entrepreneurship at the sight.
