建设一支对党忠诚、个人干净、敢于担当的干部队伍,不仅是新时期党对干部工作的新要求,也是推进农行全面协调可持续发展的重要支撑。本文通过对农业银行无锡分行干部队伍现状调研分析,提出提升干部队伍能力素质的措施。 To build a contingent of cadres who are loyal to the Party and clean and have the courage to assume their duties is not only a new requirement for the party’s work in the new era but also an important support for promoting the all-round, coordinated and sustainable development of ABC. Based on the investigation and analysis of the status quo of the cadres in the Agricultural Bank of China branch in Wuxi, this paper puts forward measures to improve the ability and quality of cadres.
