目的:采用高效液相色谱法建立人参总皂苷提取物的指纹图谱。方法:色谱柱Hypersil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:A为乙腈,B为0.1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱0~30 min 19%A,30~35 min 19%~24%A,35~60 min 24%~40%A。柱温:35℃,检测波长:203 nm,流速:1.3 mL.min-1。结果:人参总皂苷提取物指纹图谱共检出10个峰,峰面积之和大于总峰面积的90%,其精密度、稳定性、重复性均良好。结论:该方法可作为控制人参总皂苷提取物内在质量的标准。
Objective: To establish a HPLC fingerprint of ginsenosides extract. METHODS: The chromatographic column was Hypersil C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and B 0.1% phosphoric acid. The gradient elution was carried out for 0-30 min 19% A and 30-35 min 19-24% A, 35 ~ 60 min 24% ~ 40% A. Column temperature: 35 ℃, detection wavelength: 203 nm, flow rate: 1.3 mL.min-1. Results: Fingerprint of total ginsenoside extract detected 10 peaks, the sum of the peak area is greater than 90% of the total peak area, and its precision, stability and repeatability are good. Conclusion: This method can be used as a standard to control the intrinsic quality of ginseng total saponin extract.
