在低硒饲料条件下,以50mg/L榆林大骨节病区黄腐酸(FA)饮水和KBD新发户井水10倍浓缩饮水分别致雏鸡KBD模型实验37天。前一组鸡每只每天摄入FA2.0mg,等于10.0mg·FA/kgBW·d,该剂量约为该病区儿童每公斤体重摄入量的1000倍。上述两类饮水对两实验组的全身一般状况,部分相关生化指标,肝、心、肾等乃至骨软骨都未能显示任何有害作用,即未能导致雏鸡类似KBD的任何病变。另以100mg·病区FA/L饮水(剂量10.0mg·FA/kgBW·d)致大鼠KBD模型实验28天,其结果与雏鸡的完全一致
