生产资料的公有制标志着社会主义制度下整个国民经济的经济同一性。国民经济是由许多结构部门——生产作业队、工段、车间、企业、联合公司、主管部门和部组成的复杂体系。社会生产主要环节的组织形式取决于生产力和生产关系的发展水平。现阶段的社会化使基本生产环节的内容和性质发生了变化。生产联合公司取代了原先的独立企业成为基本生产环节。现在,苏联拥有3,700多个生产联合公司,近200个科学生产联合公司和500个工业联合公司。
The public ownership of the means of production marks the economic identity of the entire national economy under the socialist system. The national economy is a complex system composed of many structural departments - production teams, sections, workshops, enterprises, joint companies, competent authorities and ministries. The organizational form of the main links in social production depends on the level of development of productivity and production relations. Socialization at this stage has changed the content and nature of the basic production process. The production joint company replaced the original independent company and became the basic production link. Today, the Soviet Union has more than 3,700 production joint ventures, nearly 200 scientific production joint ventures and 500 industrial associations.
