目前职业教育多以实用性为先,以适应当前社会需求的职业化和专业化发展为导向,为满足社会精细化分工,迫使其走上唯专业、深井式发展道路,因此也导致了学生知识结构单一、思维视野不够开阔、社会适应能力差以及发展潜力不足等问题。从个人、家庭、学校、社会四个因素详细分析高职院校重专业、轻博雅的原因;着重阐述博雅教育在“完整人”发展、创新思维培养以及核心价值观塑造方面的重要意义;从专业教育与博雅教育深度融合、课程科学合理设置、博雅教育资源构建、校园和谐文化建设、教育评价体系重构五个方面系统阐释解决高职院校博雅教育缺失的对策和途径。
At present, vocational education is mainly based on practicality, oriented to the professional and specialized development that meets the needs of the present society. In order to meet the needs of the fine social division of labor and force it to embark on the path of professional and deep-well development, vocational education has also led to students’ knowledge A single structure, not enough open-minded thinking field, poor social adaptability and lack of development potential. The paper analyzes the reasons of the heavy professional and liberal arts in detail from the four factors of individuals, families, schools and society. It also expounds the significance of liberal arts education in the development of “complete man ”, cultivation of innovative thinking and the building of core values. From the aspects of the deep integration of professional education and liberal arts education, the scientific and reasonable setting of courses, the construction of liberal education resources, the construction of harmonious campus culture and the reconstruction of educational evaluation system, the solutions and ways to solve the shortage of liberal arts education in higher vocational colleges are systematically expounded.
