以强化学生职业能力培养为目标,在基于工作过程导向的课改思路指导下,以工厂电气控制技术对应的项目任务为载体,运用项目化教学,精心设计了课程的项目教学体系。在教学过程中坚持由易到难的教学原则,从教学计划制定到具体实施过程,进行了探索和实践,大大提高了学生的职业能力和学习积极性,全面提升了学生的综合素质,为学生毕业后很快适应岗位工作奠定了基础。
