在七五期间,技术引进将是我国进行对外经济技术交流的一个主要形式。技术引进合同在对外贸易中是一种特有的文字形式。 要搞好技术引进合同的翻译,首先要了解技术引进合同文本的内容及其特点。技术引进合同并不是孤立的一个文本。它是整个技术引进项目完成的一个环节——一个重要的中间环节。
During the Seventh Five-Year Plan period, the introduction of technology will be one of the major forms of China’s foreign economic and technological exchanges. Technology import contracts in foreign trade is a unique form of writing. To improve the translation of technology import contracts, we must first understand the content and characteristics of the text of the contract for technology import.
