当前,数字化期刊正成为期刊发展的一个趋势,由于对其知识产权的保护存在滞后现象,因此尚存在一些亟待解决与思考的问题。列举剖析了数字化期刊知识产权保护的主要问题:数字化期刊知识产权的体现;作品的数字化权问题;数字化作品的引用与数字化期刊的评价体系建设问题等。针对存在的问题,提出了数字化期刊工作者以及法律界、IT 业界需要注意与加强研究的领域。
At present, digital periodicals are becoming a trend of development of periodicals. Due to the lagging behind of the protection of their intellectual property, there are still some problems to be solved and pondered. The article analyzes the main problems of intellectual property protection of digital periodicals: the embodiment of intellectual property of digital periodicals; the digital rights of works; the reference of digital works and the evaluation system construction of digital periodicals. In view of the existing problems, the authors put forward some suggestions to the digital periodical workers and the fields that the legal profession and the IT industry need to pay attention to and strengthen the research.
