我国已经引进并运行30多套以高浓盘磨机为核心设备的化机浆生产线,生产能力从日产60t至日产700t,全国化机浆的总生产能力约330万t,是目前拥有现代化盘磨化机浆装备最多的国家之一。本文讨论如下几个问题:压力盘磨机与常压盘磨机的运行性能,双螺旋撕裂机与“压缩撕裂一体机”的运行性能,双盘磨浆机运行问题,木片含水率与化学品消耗的关系,分离较高浓度的污水单独处理以降低污水处理成本等问题。
