改革开放20年来,我国印刷业借助高新技术获得飞速发展,告別了“铅与火”,迎来了“光与电”,迅速缩短了与世界先进水平的差距。我国印刷业全面进入市场后,在由以规模数量增长为主要特征向以质量效益增长为主要特征的阶段性转移过程中,印刷业进入了一个新的发展阶段。新世纪之初,我们正处于产业结构调整、与海外集团的搏斗不期而至的关键时期。质量是企业的生命,质量是企业在市场竞争中立于不败之地的法宝,已是业内人士的共识。大力开展质量管理的研究已成为各企业力图在激烈的市场竞争中取胜的重要课题。
In the past 20 years of reform and opening up, China’s printing industry has achieved rapid development with the help of high and new technology, bid farewell to “lead and fire,” ushered in “light and electricity,” and quickly shortened the gap with the world’s advanced level. After China’s printing industry has entered the market in an all-round way, the printing industry has entered a new stage of development in the process of shifting from the growth of scale as the main feature to the growth of quality and efficiency as the main feature. At the beginning of the new century, we are at a critical period when the adjustment of industrial structure and the struggle with overseas groups have unexpectedly arrived. Quality is the life of an enterprise, and quality is a magic weapon for an enterprise to be invincible in the market competition. It is a consensus among people in the industry. To vigorously carry out research on quality management has become an important issue for companies trying to win in fierce market competition.
