目的:探讨基层医院五官科门诊医院感染潜在的危险因素,并制定相应的预防对策。方法:分析浙江省杭州市下城区石桥街道社区卫生服务中心五官科门诊感染因素,对医院感染规章制度、五官科门诊环境、医护人员洗手制度及感染防范意识等进行预防与管理,抽取10名医务人员比较管理前后医院感染相关项目情况。结果:采取医院感染预防对策之后,医护人员的洗手操作规范性及院内感染知识知晓率、消毒灭菌等,均显著高于未采取预防对策之前(P<0.05);采取感染预防对策之后,浙江省杭州市下城区石桥街道社区卫生服务中心五官科消毒灭菌、无菌物品保管、患者隔离防护效果,明显优于采取预防感染对策之前(P<0.01)。结论:提高医护人员的自我防范意识,养成良好的洗手消毒习惯,针对五官科门诊医院感染潜在的危险因素。采取相应的防范措施,既可以有效控制及预防医院感染的发生率,保障医务人员与患者的安全,又可以提高患者的满意度。
Objective: To investigate the potential risk factors of nosocomial infection in outpatient clinics in primary hospitals and to develop corresponding preventive measures. Methods: To analyze the infection factors in the community health service center of Shiqiao Street Community Health Center in Xiacheng District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, and to prevent and manage the infection rules and regulations, ENT clinic environment, the hand hygiene system of medical staff and infection prevention awareness, Medical staff compared before and after the management of hospital-related infections. Results: After taking the nosocomial infection preventive measures, the norm of hand-washing operation and knowledge of nosocomial infection, disinfection and sterilization of medical staff were significantly higher than those before preventive measures (P <0.05). After taking the preventive measures against infection, Zhejiang The effect of disinfection and sterilization, storage of sterilized articles and patient isolation in the community health service center of Shiqiao Street Community Health Center in Xiacheng District of Hangzhou was significantly better than that before the prevention of infection (P <0.01). Conclusion: To raise awareness of self-prevention of medical staff, to develop a good habit of hand-washing disinfection, and to address the potential risk factors for nosocomial infections in ENT clinics. Taking corresponding precautionary measures can not only effectively control and prevent the incidence of nosocomial infections, ensure the safety of medical personnel and patients, but also improve patient satisfaction.
