检察机关司法警察是人民检察院干部队伍的重要组成部分,是人民检察院直接领导下的一支准武装力量。随着新刑诉法的实施和检察形势的不断发展,各项检察工作对司法警察工作提出了越来越高的要求。司法警察在工作上存在的不足也日益显现出来。在本文中,本文结合刑诉法修改和工作实际,对当前司法警察工作存在的不足进行分析,查找原因,提出对策,并对未来司法警察改革方向提出两点建议,希望能够起到抛砖引玉的作用,促进检察机关司法警察工作又好又快的发展。

In this paper, combined with the revision of the Criminal Procedure Law and the actual work, this article analyzes the existing problems of the current judicial police work, find out the reasons, put forward countermeasures and put forward two suggestions on the direction of future judicial police reform, hoping to play a valuable role , And promote sound and rapid development of the work of the judicial police in procuratorial organs.
