通过选材试验研制出了特种蠕墨铸铁。该材料在常温及高温下机械性能较好,热膨胀系数较小,热传导系数较高,并且铸造工艺性能好。特种蠕墨铸铁制动盘与半金属基合成闸片相匹配的摩擦副,不仅结构合理,摩擦制动性能良好,而且安全可靠性较高,能满足160 km/h高速货物列车的运行要求。
Through the material test developed a special vermicular graphite iron. The material at room temperature and high temperature mechanical properties better, smaller thermal expansion coefficient, higher thermal conductivity, and the casting process performance. Special vermicular cast iron brake disc and half-metal-based brake pads match the friction pair, not only reasonable structure, good friction braking performance, and high safety and reliability, to meet the 160 km / h high-speed freight train operating requirements.
