加强中职生职业指导,成功转型为职业人——中职生的“职业适应期”职业指导工作

处于“职业适应期”的中职毕业生的离职率较高,频繁“跳槽”。为使学生早日适应工作环境,从学生转变为职业人,学校与学生个人都要重视培养职业适应能力。学校要加强学校的职业指导工作,注重对中职生职业生涯规划、人际交往等能力的培养,引导学生在社会中实现就业、就业稳定及实现职业发展。而学生不仅需要树立正确的职业价值观念、能够正确认识和接受职业自我,学习和掌握求职的方法,主动捕捉机会,还要学会在遇到困难时能够选择合适的方法调节自己的心态,使自己做出正确、理智的选择,顺利度过职业适应期,从学生转变为职业人。 Secondary vocational graduates who are at “Occupational Adaptation Period” have a high turnover rate and frequent “job-hopping ”.
