研究了相变扩散焊接中热循环对焊接强度的影响。通过对热循环温度、冷却速度、热循环次数对合金元素扩散行为和焊口组织影响的分析,确定了热循环参数的选择原则。
The effect of thermal cycling on the welding strength in phase change diffusion welding was investigated. Through the analysis of the influence of thermal cycling temperature, cooling rate, the number of thermal cycles on the diffusion behavior of alloying elements and the weld joint organization, the selection principle of thermal cycling parameters was determined.
