目的 将优质护理应用在妊娠高血压综合征产妇产后出血护理中，探讨分析其应用效果。方法 选择我院2019年6月至2020年6月治疗的妊娠高血压综合征产妇60例，采用随机数字法进行分组，分为对照组、观察组两组，采取传统护理的为对照组，采取优质护理的为观察组，比较两组患者的护理满意度、产后1d的平均出血量、护理前后的血压和心率。结果 观察组的护理满意度97.00%要优于对照组83.00%（P＜0.05），组间对比有意义；观察组孕妇产后1d的平均出血量低于对照组（P＜0.05），组间对比有意义；护理后观察组的血压水“,”Objective To apply high quality nursing in postpartum hemorrhage nursing of pregnant women with hypertension syndrome， and to explore and analyze its application effect. Methods Sixty parturients with pregnancy hypertension syndrome who were treated in our hospital between June 2019 and June 2020 were divided into two groups by random number method: comparison group and observation group. Those who received routine care were the comparison group， and those who received quality care were the observation group. The nursing satisfaction， average blood loss on postpartum day 1， blood pressure and heart rate before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.
