目的介绍临床药师在新生儿重症监护室开展药学服务的实践与体会。方法从药物遴选、用量调整和其他适合新生儿的药学服务等方面阐述了临床药师在新生儿重症监护室的工作实践,同时总结了临床药师更新知识、与临床沟通和开展科研工作的体会。结果临床药师开展了适合新生儿的药学服务。结论临床药师为新生儿重症监护室的合理用药起到了应有的作用。 Objective To introduce the practice and experience of clinical pharmacists in carrying out pharmacy services in neonatal intensive care unit. Methods The clinical pharmacist's work practice in neonatal intensive care unit was expounded from the aspects of drug selection, dosage adjustment and other pharmacy services suitable for the newborn. At the same time, clinical pharmacists' knowledge of updating, clinical communication and scientific research were summarized. Results Clinical pharmacists conducted pharmacy services suitable for newborns. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists played a due role in rational drug use in neonatal intensive care unit.
