本文将海外R&D机构分为技术转移、技术开发与基础研究3种类型,在机构服务的市场范围(定位)维度上,分为东道国市场、母国市场与多国/全球市场3个层次。在次基础上,本文选择了华为技术等4家跨国公司作为海外研发机构案例研究的对象,针对每家企业的海外研发机构进行功能与定位分析,并在综合4家企业研究结果的基础上进行若干评论。提出了海外研发机构建设的战略思维框架和运用要点。
This paper divides overseas R & D institutions into three types: technology transfer, technology development and basic research. It is divided into three levels: host country market, home country market and multinational / global market. On this basis, this paper selects four transnational corporations, such as Huawei Technologies, as the case studies of overseas R & D institutes, analyzes the functions and positioning of overseas R & D institutes of each enterprise, and based on the findings of the four companies A few comments. Put forward the strategic thinking framework and key points for the construction of overseas R & D institutions.
