酶在制浆造纸工业中的应用,从20世纪80年代中期起迅速发展起来。化学浆的磨浆或打浆是生产纸及纸板极为关键的工段。分析了打浆酶预处理对漂白针叶木浆(NBKP)和漂白阔叶木浆(LBKP)比磨浆能耗(SRE)的影响,同时,也探索了不同盘磨机种类对比磨浆能耗的影响。研究分析结果表明,对于LBKP和NBKP浆,使用柱形盘磨机的均比双盘磨机的单位打浆总能耗低;打浆酶和柱形盘磨机相结合处理NBKP纸浆后,其单位打浆总能耗比单使用柱形盘磨机的大大降低。
