党的十八届五中全会明确提出,要“加强党的各级组织建设,强化基层党组织整体功能”。我国有59.1万个农村基层党组织,如何按照十八届五中全会的精神部署,进一步改进农村基层党组织服务农民群众的水平和能力,是我党在新形势下面临的又一课题。本文以台儿庄区邳庄镇边庄村为例进行深思探讨。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee made it clear that it is necessary to “strengthen the building of party organizations at all levels and strengthen the overall functions of grass-roots party organizations.” In our country, there are 591,000 rural grassroots party organizations. How to further improve the level and ability of rural grass-roots party organizations to serve the peasant masses in accordance with the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee is yet another issue our party faces in the new situation. This article takes Taierzhuang Town, Taierzhuang District, as an example.
