17±0.5℃及实验室条件下,研究了水体pH突变[pH8.0突变到6.0、8.0(对照)和9.0]对褐牙鲆Paralichthys olivaceus幼鱼血红蛋白含量和血中溶氧水平的影响。实验时间为12h。结果发现,实验期间褐牙鲆幼鱼的血红蛋白含量呈现波动变化,但方差分析显示,水体pH突变对实验鱼血红蛋白含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。实验4h,水体pH由8.0突变到6.0和9.0均导致实验鱼血中溶氧水平的极显著下降(P<0.01)。然而实验4~12h期间,水体pH突变处理组实验鱼的血中溶氧水平随实验时间的增加而上升。实验结果表明,与血红蛋白含量相比,褐牙鲆幼鱼血中溶氧水平对水体pH的变化反应更敏感。
17 ± 0.5 ℃ and laboratory conditions, the effects of pH value changes in water body [pH8.0 to 6.0, 8.0 (control) and 9.0] on hemoglobin content and dissolved oxygen level in Paralichthys olivaceus juvenile Japanese flounder were studied. The experiment time is 12h. The results showed that the hemoglobin content of juvenile flounder was fluctuating during the experiment, but the variance analysis showed that the water pH had no significant effect on hemoglobin content (P> 0.05). In experiment 4h, the pH value of water changed from 8.0 to 6.0 and 9.0, respectively, which led to the extremely significant decrease of dissolved oxygen level in experimental fish blood (P <0.01). However, during the experiment period of 4 ~ 12h, the dissolved oxygen level in the blood of experimental fish increased with the increase of experimental time. The experimental results show that, compared with the hemoglobin content, the dissolved oxygen level in the blood of the juvenile Japanese flounder is more sensitive to the change of the pH of the water body.
