1　临床资料本组 4 3例 ,男 15例 ,女 2 8例 ,年龄 15～ 6 7岁 ,平均 38.9岁 ,其中 30岁以下 9例 ,6 0岁以上 2例。低热 11例 ;刺激性干咳 2 9例 ;痰血 6例 ;胸痛 4例 ;胸闷、气短 4例 ;盗汗乏力 5例 ,有肺部体征 18例 ,其中单侧上、下肺湿 口罗音各 2例 ,单侧肺区呼吸音减弱 : Clinical data of 43 cases of this group, 15 males and 28 females, aged 15 to 67 years old, an average of 38.9 years, of which 9 were under 30 years old, 2 cases over 60 years old. Low fever in 11 cases, irritating dry cough in 29 cases, sputum blood in 6 cases, chest pain in 4 cases, chest tightness and shortness of breath in 4 cases, night sweat fatigue in 5 cases, with pulmonary signs in 18 cases, including unilateral upper and lower lung wet mouth rales 2 cases, unilateral lung area breath sounds weakened:
