患者,女,46岁。5年前出现纳差、恶心、呕吐,未治疗。月余前恶心,呕吐症状加重,发现呕吐物中带有一小虫。其后数次吐出类似的小虫。呕吐时间间隔3～7d,每次1～2条。患著明显消瘦,精神差。体检:肝肋下2cm,剑突下3.5cm,无压痛。实验室检查:血红蛋白12g/L,白细胞5.6×10~9/L,中性68％,淋巴32％。患者原籍宁夏泾源县黄花乡,当地有生食习俗,患者三年前迁居本地,喜食生蔬菜。
Patient, female, 46 years old. Anorexia 5 years ago, nausea, vomiting, untreated. Months before nausea, vomiting, aggravating the vomit was found with a bug. Several times later spit out a similar bug. Vomiting interval 3 ~ 7d, each 1 ~ 2. With obvious weight loss, poor spirit. Physical examination: liver ribs 2cm, xiphoid 3.5cm, no tenderness. Laboratory tests: hemoglobin 12g / L, white blood cells 5.6 × 10 ~ 9 / L, 68% neutral, lymphatic 32%. The patient was originally from Huanghua Township, Jingyuan County, Ningxia Province. There were local raw food customs. The patients moved to the area three years ago and loved to eat raw vegetables.
